We work with you to establish as detailed a brief as possible on your requirements for the property. We prefer to do this with you at the property.
For some clients when they arrive all they have to do it put the ice in the glass, for others it is the bare minimun and all things in between.
We will then offer you a written quotation based on your brief.
If our quotation is acceptable to you we will then act on your behalf.
We do not ask you to sign any contracts. We work on the premise that if our service is good then you will stay with us.
