Income:
If the property you are purchasing/have purchased is in the correct zone, we are able to apply for a letting licence for you. This will legally enable you gain an income from the property. On our links page the accountant, Ernesto Quintano, who speaks fluent English, can advise you of the necessary paperwork needed to account for the income and expenditure.
Fees:
Our fees are very much based on the type of property you have and the specific service you require. We prepare an individual quotation for each client.
We do not ask for any fees or deposits in advance.
All fees are subject to 18% IVA (VAT)
